Fight For Ocotillo Wells Desert Clean Up Event
Where: Discovery Center (near the Ranger Station and across the street from Desert Ironwoods off HWY 78)
Time: 8am - 12pm
At 8am we will hand out trash bags
Please bring your own:
Off road vehicle that will allow you to carry trash
Gloves
Magnets (if possible)
Hat (may be getting warm)
Sunscreen/ sunglasses
What we are looking for from sponsors:
Canopies
Water
Trash Bags
Trash grabbers
Work gloves
After the event Friends of Ocotillo Wells will be providing food and we'll have a raffle where you can win tons of cool prizes including curso ciencia de dados your own Fight For Ocotillo Wells tshirt.
After lunch we'll be forming groups and go for a ride. Most of us will be camping and will build a camp fire and enjoy the rest of the weekend and take pride in our cleaner desert.
